Personal data we collect

  • Email address you provide when joining the waitlist or contacting us.
  • Usage analytics if you accept cookies. We rely on Firebase Analytics for aggregate insights only.
  • Support messages when you email us or respond to onboarding surveys.

How we use your data

  • To send the launch updates and announcements you requested.
  • To evaluate product performance and improve the experience.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support.

Lawful basis

  • Consent – mailing list communication and analytics cookies.
  • Legitimate interest – keeping the platform secure and responding to direct enquiries.

Storage & retention

Waitlist entries are stored in Firestore (EU multi-region) and synced to SendGrid for email delivery. We retain your email until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Analytics data follows Firebase retention policies (currently 14 months) and is anonymised.

Sharing your data

  • SendGrid – to send transactional and waitlist emails.
  • Firebase (Google) – hosting, storage, and analytics services.
  • We never sell your data or share it with unrelated parties.

Your rights

  • Access, update, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if needed.
